Contemplative Shabbat Mornings

What is Contemplative Shabbat?

Contemplative Shabbat is an opportunity to pause from your busy routines, relax and refuel with Rabbi Eva and other members of the Shul community.  For those of us who have been attending, there is a growing sense of community, connection and support.  After whatever has transpired in our personal lives and in the world around us, we learn to pause, breathe, and refocus.

Rabbi Eva shares contemplative practices from the Jewish spiritual path of Mussar, including teachings, guided meditation, chanting, and group discussion.  We explore practices that we can apply in our daily lives and experience an enriched sense of aliveness.

Please join us as we grow and strengthen our monthly gathering.

For more information, please contact Rabbi Eva.

No experience required!  Each session is new.  Sharing is optional.
Curiosity is encouraged!

Location for each session will be in the confirmation email.
