WE  NEED  YOU!!    Volunteer today!!

Shul of New York Volunteer Opportunities

ì   Shul Events & Services:  Volunteering at a Shul service or event is a great way to help out and to meet people.

  • Check Upcoming Events on the home page for opportunities to volunteer at Shul events.  Event registration forms have a checkbox for volunteers.
  • We can always use help at a Shabbat service.  Just show up at Middle Collegiate Church, 50 E 7th St at 6pm on the 1st and 3rd Fridays (check homepage for next service) for any Shabbat service to lend a hand with setup, or stay a bit later to help with the cleanup.  Or Click here for more info.

ì   Family/Kid’s Programs:  Calling all artists, musicians, educators, parents, grandparents, lovers of New York.... Join the Shul’s Mighty Mishpacha Action Team to help to support the Shul’s programs and opportunities for children/families.

Club Ruach is the Shul's loving, learning, expressing, educational experience for children from 3rd Grade through Bar/Bat Mitzvah that incorporates art, music, City-as-School and an exploration of Judaism.  Do you have skills you could devote to this endeavor?  Click here to volunteer

ì   Community Volunteer OpportunitiesThe Tikkun Olam Committee has a list of the current and previous Tzedakah Projects at the bottom of their webpage.  Any of these organizations would be happy to hear from you.
