Zoom Registration Instructions

The Shul uses the Zoom Registration System for ALL services and events (free & paid) presented on Zoom.  
 

Please follow the steps below to use the Zoom Registration System.
 

Registration:

  1.  ALL Shul event and service announcements will contain a registration link that looks like this:  Register for [Event Name]
     
  2. Click the registration link for an event or service to go to the Registration page. The Registration page looks like this:

     



     
  3. Fill in your name and email address in the handy-dandy boxes. 
    (We decided not to ask for your shoe size and favorite color. You're welcome.)

     
  4. Click the big blue Register button.


    Confirmation:

     
  5. Check your email for the confirmation email containing the meeting link and information.
    1. NOTE:  The comfirmation email sender is Zoom, not the Shul.
    2. If you don't see it, please check your spam (junk) folder.
       
  6. When it's time to enter the Service:  Before you click the big blue Join Meeting button in the confirmation email, please copy (or note) the passcode so you can enter it when prompted.

     


     


     

  7. Registrants will receive a reminder email on the day of the meeting.  
     
  8. For recurring meetings, like Shabbat services, you DO NOT need to register every week.  Register once and you are good to go.  For recurring meetings:
    1. Follow step #6 above when you get the reminder email.
    2. We will tell you if a meeting is a recurring meeting.  
       
  9. If you get lost or confused, go to the Shul homepage, and click the Register for [Event Name] link for the event you wish to attend.
